My philosophy is that using Drama in learning is not about creating actors but about providing people with life skills. Unlike classroom or theoretical learning, drama-based training will be set in an interactive, exciting and uninhibited atmosphere to encourage self-discovery.

(i) Ignite the Stage!
Ignite The Stage! is a 1-day intensive yet interactive programme. It is designed to give the participant the platform to develop and practise the art of public speaking in a safe environment to gain confidence. It’s an ideal programme for anyone taking first steps to be an outstanding speaker. Topics covered include overcoming stage frights, speechwriting, body language, vocal variety and stage presence. The programme uses adult learning techniques and strategies. Participants will spend 80% of the time in group activities. The number of participants is limited to 18 to ensure adequate attention. This programme has received very positive reviews from past participants. Ignite the Stage! can also be run as a half-day or 2-day session. |

(ii) IDEAz Ignite!
IDEAz Ignite! is a one-day theatre-based, highly interactive creativity workshop that fuses drama with creativity techniques. As participants, you will learn to enhance your creative abilities and develop innovative ideas to address any issues at work or in your life. This workshop will guide you through a 4-stage process enabling you to think of refreshing ideas and solutions. Stage 1: Primer Get introduced to theatre and drama techniques to break free from inhibitions and get creative. Stage 2: Explore! Learn the V.A.T. model and use it as a catalyst to generate a list of possible ideas. Stage 3: Develop! Identify the potential ideas that can be further developed. Stage 4: Hype! Use the STAR method in this is final stage to develop a powerful pitch for your ideas and solutions. Come ignite your creative spark in IDEAz Ignite! IDEAz Ignite! can also be run as a half-day session. |
